Dr. Johnson, Senior Advisor, is an associate professor of clinical psychology at the University of Mississippi. She earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Louisville in 2003. Dr. Johnson serves as a consultant on cultural and environmental issues within the UM-CDRC’s research. Dr. Johnson’s research interests include program evaluation, cultural competence in mental health training and programming, and psychosocial and cultural adjustment of refugees, immigrants, and international students. Dr. Johnson has worked internationally in Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, China, and Papua New Guinea.
